When you join the waitlist, request a creator application, or submit a full application, we collect: your name, email, social handles (if you give them), and anything you write into the form. That's it.

Our site uses minimal cookies — one for session, one for analytics (Google Tag Manager), and one to remember an ambassador referral code if you arrived via someone's link. No advertising cookies. No third-party retargeting.

• Reply to your application personally — every one is read by our team.
• Tell you when invites open, if you opted in.
• Credit ambassadors when their referral books a stay.
• Understand which pages people read so we can improve the site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

Marketing emails are opt-in only. We never auto-subscribe you. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can email hi@milestonesbali.com to be removed at any time.

Applications and waitlist data are stored in our managed database, hosted on encrypted infrastructure inside the EU. Email is sent via a transactional email provider. Analytics is Google Tag Manager / GA4.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold on you. Email hi@milestonesbali.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

The cookie banner gives you a one-tap accept or decline. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set. Functional cookies (session, referral) are required for the site to work.
